Effective date: May 2, 2026
NextLaw.pro (“NextLaw,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to it. By using NextLaw.pro, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Contact form submissions: When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, role, area of interest, and message content.
- Legal questions: When you use the Legal Info tool, we collect the text of the question you submit. We do not require you to create an account or provide identifying information to use this feature.
Information collected automatically
- IP address: We collect your IP address solely to enforce rate limits on our AI tools (15 requests per hour per IP). We do not log, store, or use IP addresses for any other purpose.
- Standard server logs: Like all web servers, ours may log HTTP request metadata (URL, timestamp, browser type) for diagnostic and security purposes. These logs are not sold or shared.
What we do not collect

- We do not build user profiles or track you across sites.
- We do not collect payment information (we have no paid features at this time).
- We do not require account registration.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Contact form data is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
- Legal questionsare sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a response. See Section 4 (Third-Party Services) for details.
- IP addresses are used only for per-IP rate limiting and are not stored beyond the current server instance session.
3. AI-Generated Responses and Your Data
The Legal Info tool sends your question to Anthropic's API to generate a response. Please be aware of the following:
- Do not include sensitive personal information (Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, confidential business information) in questions submitted to the Legal Info tool.
- Questions are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI model. Anthropic's own privacy policy governs how they handle API inputs. We do not store your questions on our servers after the response is generated.
- Responses are general legal information only and do not constitute legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is formed.
4. Third-Party Services
Anthropic (Claude API)
We use Anthropic's Claude API to power the Legal Info tool. When you submit a question, it is transmitted to Anthropic's servers for processing. Anthropic's privacy practices are governed by their own Privacy Policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
Vercel (Hosting)
NextLaw.pro is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect standard server log data as part of providing hosting services. See Vercel's Privacy Policy for details.
No advertising or analytics third parties
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
5. Cookies
NextLaw.pro does not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising. We may use session-level browser storage only for functional purposes (such as preserving your in-progress form state). No persistent tracking cookies are set.
6. Data Retention
- Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and are not sold or shared with third parties.
- IP addresses used for rate limiting exist only in server memory and are not persisted to any database or log.
- Legal questions are not stored on our servers after the API response is returned.
7. Data Sharing and Sale
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to operate the services described in this policy (i.e., transmitting questions to Anthropic's API).
8. Your Rights

- The right to access information we hold about you
- The right to request deletion of your information
